Oddly, they *do not* make peach wine! I think the peaches are so highly sought-after that they won't use them for wine. I didn't ask though, as we weren't there long enough to ask all the questions we had. We arrived fairly late and didn't get into the tasting room until about 5:15 then they closed promptly at 6:00.
